Slomo
Read that again. It’s pronounced as slowmow. It’s a song from the Eraserheads, the one band that made history in the Philippines. I remember watching their live video performance last month on YouTube. Watch them by going to this link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoZ3JB0vBug Slomo is the second song you’ll be hearing on the video.

Spiders
I remember this System of A Down song. It’s so wicked. We covered this song when I was still in a band. It’s unforgettable because we won that band contest back then.

Blue And Yellow
And it’s all in how you mix the two and it starts just where the light exists. It’s a feeling that you cannot miss and it burns a hole through everyone that feels it… Love this song. Love the drum pattern.

Bogchi Hokbu
Eraserheads- one of the Philippines’ most monumental rock band ever. But where are they now? I’ve been listening to Circus, Ultraelectromagnetic Pop, Sticker Happy and Natin 99 lately and I must admit that I really missed these guys. Who wouldn’t? I grew up as a highschool kid listening to them and they have really influenced some of my points of view and of course my music. Will...

Back at Tumblr
After going offline for several days, or more than a week, I’ve finally returned here on Tumblr. There was no updates on my Tumblr blog because my wife just gave birth to our new born son, Criss David. Well let’s get back to music. I heard Korn has finally released Evolution. Haven’t bought it yet but I’m going to after work.

Torturing ears with iTunes 7
I finally gave up on MusicMatch and Windows Media Player. I’ve started using iTunes since yesterday. I love the slick interface and design. When you are choosing between albums, it’s like iPhone. It’s cool. Too bad I don’t have an iPod but I have a PSP but it’s not compatible with iTunes. So what?

Dying Is Your Latest Fashion
I’ve been listening to the emocore quintet from Las Vegas, Escape The Fate. I really dig this band. I love the melody and the guitar licks both Omar Espinoza and Bryan Money are delivering. I also love Ronnie Radke’s voice. This band is a must see. You will love their energetic and visceral live shows.

Silverstein: Arrivals and Departures
On my way to work today I had my PSP headsets on and I was listening to Silverstein’s latest album. In fact I’m still listening to ‘em right now. It’s wicked. This is one album no hardcore screamo fan should miss. It will be officially released tomorrow but I don’t know how I got it.

Young Modern
This is the title of Silverchair’s latest album. If you listen to it you’d notice the big change on the music especially on the guitars. There’s no more loud distorted guitars but it still sounds good in anyway. i love Daniel John’s song writing.

The Nightwatchman
If you didn’t already know about Tom Morello’s solo project, well he calls himself the Nightwatchman. Listen to his songs on the Nightwatchman website. You won’t hear him make experimental and weird guitar sounds and effects, but instead you’ll hear his lowly voice. Cool.

Rage Against The Machine Reunited
RATM has been one of the greatest bands of all time. Well, at least in my opinion. But I mean who wouldn’t agree with me. Who would not bow onto Tom Morello’s guitar powers. Or Zach’s awesome song writing and rap. I mean these guys are the best altogether with Timmy C. and Brad Wilk. Well, actually I found out a new site about Rage Against The Machine. Boys Night Out
Monmon, the sound engineer, told me about a new band called Boys Night Out. He told me it sounded like Story of the Year but I got my hands on their album and listened to it and I thought it was quite different. I mean it doesn’t sound like Story of the Year. Yeah it’s emo alright but it sounded more like Size 14 — Wait, no. It sounds like, well, cool actually. I really like...
